Massage Philosophy
A licensed massage therapist with 20 years experience, I partner with clients to address their needs, integrating therapeutic massage techniques based on initial assessment and consultation with ongoing feedback provided by clients. I also educate people about self-care they can do at home to facilitate their healing and well-being.
